8-Easier Than You Think

In part, this story is about extreme personalities put into a situation where those personalities particularly manifest.  For some reason, extreme personalities seem the most interesting, even in real life.  Sometimes those personalities are difficult to deal with by their very nature, but the people in whom they are found I find profoundly lovable.  Or something like that.

I had a conversation with a friend of mine about Diablo III today.  Like many people, I enjoyed the second game in the series decently, but I've heard mixed reviews about the third.  The storyline itself, he told me, is a bit short, but there are a few non-storyline-related aspects to enjoy about the game as well.  In the brief research I did on the game, I've heard people complain about the constant rebalancing of their classes during beta testing, which resulted in many characters being nerfed, which would be upsetting.  Perhaps by now they've resolved these issues.  I might try it out if I find the time.  But anymore I'd rather be working on comics.  ^^

  1. I need to use more extreme people when I write my stories, I always seem to go for a middle ground with most of them and haven't really skewed their personas in one way or another :P Except for a couple OCs.

People have told me they hated Diablo III because of the auctions, something about it being exploitable and/or taking away from the experience. But seeing as I've never really played a Blizzard game beyond Starcraft II (very briefly), I'm not really too interested in it. Recently became addicted to Borderlands, haha. Finally got to play it after 5 years.

Since you like Diablo and oldschool types of games, though, you should check out Triangle Wizard ;D

And I do hope that's some foreshadowing I see in the form of Liz's pudge~

    1. Ooooh, Triangle Wizard, hey? I will add that to my list of "games to investigate."

As for the foreshadowing, you'll just have to wait and see! ^v^
